Nancy Nouaimeh

Founder and MD

An energetic business leader, mentor, and culture transformation expert with an extensive expertise in Scientific and System thinking, Organizational Excellence, Quality Management, and Integrated Management Systems. Nancy has a passion for the implementation of Excellence Models and Principles, her work with organizations facilitates a robust continuous improvement process and outstanding achievements.

Holder of two Masters’ degrees in Total Quality Management, and in Agronomic Sciences & Bioengineering from Belgium, Nancy has published several book chapters and articles related to Risk Management, Quality and Excellence.

Chartered Business Excellence Expert (BEX-Ireland), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP-ACMP-USA) Certified Organizational Excellence Specialist (OES -Canada) and is a long-term regional member leader and board member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). In addition, she has expertise in National, International and Government Excellence Awards.

In 2022, Nancy was Awarded the Global Women in Leadership Award from GCPIT.

She is the founder of Xcellium Management Consultancy, the first licensed affiliate of the Shingo Institute (USA) in the Middle East and Africa. During her career, she worked with EXPO 2020, Nestle, Dubai Petroleum, Petrofac, Aujan Industries, HCT, Zayed University, Sheikh Khalifa Medical Center, IKEA, Emirates Flight Catering, among others.

What she is most proud of as a mom, is her two amazing adolescent triathletes, a living example that “Excellence is a Habit”.
